You don't need the product after all and want to send it back? That's a shame, but of course it can happen. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return the product to us and we will refund the full purchase amount. You are entitled to a return if the product is in the same condition in which you received it. This means unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You should also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact us at service@brickx.bio. We will then give you detailed instructions on how to send your package. You should contact us within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order.

The direct costs for returning a product are borne by you as the buyer. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong products. In this case we will of course bear the costs.

You will receive a notification from us as soon as we have received your return. If your return is accepted, we will transfer the refund to you as soon as possible (and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the product back) according to your chosen payment method. Please note that the refund transfer by your bank or credit card company may take some time. You can find more information about your rights of withdrawal in section 14 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

(1) The presentation of goods in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking on the „Buy now“ button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

(3) Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent automatically by e-mail and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

(4) The contract is concluded by express declaration of acceptance in text form or at the latest by delivery of the goods.

(1) All prices are quoted in euros and include the applicable statutory value added tax.

(2) Shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process and are to be paid in addition to the price of the goods.

(3) The following payment methods are offered: PayPal, credit card, Klarna, prepayment/bank transfer (the available options are displayed in the order process).

(1) Delivery shall be made within the delivery times specified on the product page.

(2) Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.

The goods remain the property of Brickx UG (haftungsbeschränkt) until payment has been made in full.

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

(2) The detailed revocation instructions including the sample revocation form are available on the website www.brickx.bio and will be sent to the customer by e-mail together with the order confirmation.

(1) The statutory warranty rights shall apply.

(2) For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery of the goods.

(3) The warranty period for new goods may not be shortened vis-à-vis consumers.

(1) Brickx is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty.

(2) Brickx shall only be liable for other damages in the event of intent or gross negligence.

(3) In the event of simple negligence, Brickx shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

(4) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

The contract text is stored by Brickx, but is not freely accessible for security reasons. The customer receives the order data and the GTC by e-mail.

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) For consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
(3) If the customer is an entrepreneur, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Brickx UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Brickx is not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
