\nReturns and exchanges\n<\/h2>
\nYou don't need the product after all and want to send it back? That's a shame, but of course it can happen. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return the product to us and we will refund the full purchase amount. You are entitled to a return if the product is in the same condition in which you received it. This means unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You should also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact us at service@brickx.bio. We will then give you detailed instructions on how to send your package. You should contact us within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order.

The direct costs for returning a product are borne by you as the buyer. \nYou will receive a notification from us as soon as we have received your return. Please note that the refund transfer by your bank or credit card company may take some time. \n2 Conclusion of contract\n<\/h2>
\n(1) The presentation of goods in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking on the \u201eBuy now\u201c button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

(3) Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent automatically by e-mail and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

\n7. warranty\n<\/h2>
\n(1) The statutory warranty rights shall apply.

(2) For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery of the goods.

\n8. liability\n<\/h2>
\n(1) Brickx is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty.

(2) Brickx shall only be liable for other damages in the event of intent or gross negligence.

(3) In the event of simple negligence, Brickx shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

(4) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>

\n10 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction\n<\/h2>
\n(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) For consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
(3) If the customer is an entrepreneur, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Brickx UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt).\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>
