\nYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date,

    \nConsequences of revocation\n<\/h2>
    \nIf you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

    • Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.<\/li>
    • Delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

      \nThe right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:\n<\/div>

      • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery<\/p><\/li>

        \n7. warranty\n<\/h2>
        \n(1) The statutory warranty rights shall apply.

        (2) For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery of the goods.

        (3) The warranty period for new goods may not be shortened vis-\u00e0-vis consumers.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>

        \n8. liability\n<\/h2>
        \n(1) Brickx is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty.

        (2) Brickx shall only be liable for other damages in the event of intent or gross negligence.

        (3) In the event of simple negligence, Brickx shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

        (4) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>

        \n10 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction\n<\/h2>
        \n(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
        (2) For consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
        (3) If the customer is an entrepreneur, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Brickx UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt).\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>
